TV burn in's are relatively simple. Matte out the screen, put the image on and put the screen back on to keep any refections. The tricky part here was 1) getting the look of the broadcast and 2) tracking the matte for the screen since the plate was moving all over the place...so much, I couldn't use the same track for each screen. To see what I mean, play the clip and put your courser at the corner of the TV screen, let go and watch. Subtle as it is, remember this gets blown up to a big screen.
