This was my first feature film...and I was a supervisor. What a learning experience. Every scene needed a different compositing technique that I had to figure out.
All scenes needed
shadows and reflections (the main difference between the
series and the film). Reflections are generally subtle, so
I could get away with a lot. This scene was one of the few
where she was basically on a mirror...so no shortcuts. It's
not just flipping her image. I ended up redrawing her reflected
feet throughout so they match her reel feet. I also added
flashes on the BG.
